Tricky one this, you can get replacement locks, they do appear on ebay from time to time but rarely as a full set. As far as I know and with out looking at mine there are no key numbers on these locks, if there is I can cut them. Did you buy them as a full set? ie will the same key fit them all? if so you could always send me a lock and I could get a key made to fit it. This is what the company I work do, you could take it to a honda dealer to sort but they will either try to sell you new locks or send it to us anyway. :)

Yes its 2 locks per pannier, if they are a true pair of panniers then one key should fit all the locks.

In 1982 when I bought my first GL1000 that only had a top box I could not afford new furniture to dress it. I went to a factory called Craven Equipment for my panniers, I got a bargain returned pair that were unpainted, damaged, locked, and had no keys for £30. They had 2 locks on the top of each pannier. I rang a local locksmith who asked me to bring them to him, who knew what type of key was needed. He fiddled about with keys for about 10 mins to get a key to work, he disappeared for 15 mins, then returned with 3 keys that worked a treat, the same key fitted all 4 locks. He only charged me for the keys too. I did the same with the Vetter fairing I bought that had no key for the fairing pocket. Well worth a phone call to a locksmith if you cannot get a number for Koxxy.

PS The ones I bought had no mumbers and the factory could not help with keys, the panniers were shipped locked shut, that is why I took them to a locksmith, it was 32 years ago though.

Doesn't always work from photograph. I needed some keys cut and spoke to Ian, who said "no problem mate, send me a picture and we will see what we can do".
So I sent him a picture and all I got back from him was a message saying "of the key Pete, not a picture of yourself!!" :)Doh :)biggrin
